Welcome to Mine All Mine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mine All Mine web application ("Service"). The Service is operated by Feet to the Fire LLC, a Washington State limited liability company doing business as "Mine All Mine" ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Mine All Mine is a North America claim staking assistant for mineral prospectors. The Service provides interactive maps, mineral deposit data, land ownership information, PLSS (Public Land Survey System) overlays, and staking analysis tools. Data is sourced from federal public databases including USGS MRDS, USMIN, NGDB, and SGMC, as well as BLM MLRS and LR2000 records.

All mineral deposit data, claim status records, land ownership information, and staking scores displayed in Mine All Mine are sourced from publicly available federal databases maintained by agencies such as the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). We aggregate and present this data as a convenience but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Specifically:
You must independently verify all information with the BLM, USGS, county recorders, state geology offices, and any other relevant agencies before making claim staking decisions, filing claims, or taking any action based on data shown in the Service.
Mine All Mine provides informational tools only. The Service does not provide legal advice, geological advice, investment advice, or professional consulting of any kind. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified mining attorney and/or licensed geologist before staking mineral claims.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Registration: You may register using an email address and password or through Google sign-in. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.
Free and Pro Plans: Mine All Mine offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access to all tools and data layers.
Pro Pricing: The Pro plan is available at $7.99 per month or $69.00 per year. A separate Founding Member plan is offered at $49.00 per year through specific launch-period checkout links; Founding pricing is honored for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. Prices for new subscribers may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their original price for the duration of continuous service.
Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, though you may still cancel to prevent future charges.
Public Domain Data: Mineral deposit data, claim records, and other information sourced from USGS, BLM, and other federal agencies is in the public domain and is not claimed as our intellectual property.
Our Property: The Mine All Mine application, including its user interface, design, code, staking score algorithms, compiled datasets, and original content, is the property of Mine All Mine LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
Your Data: You retain ownership of any waypoints, notes, or other content you create within the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feet to the Fire LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Feet to the Fire LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your claim staking activities or decisions made using information from the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sections 2, 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
